Your coordinator will submit the listing agreement to your broker, pre-open escrow with your preferred escrow officer, and send an introductory email to your Seller(s) with instructions to complete their disclosures electronically through your chosen platform (Glide, DocuSign, etc.). This process ensures that the full Seller disclosure packet is ready by the time the property enters
escrow. If the Seller prefers an in-person meeting, we will instead email the disclosure packet to you.
